Below are instructions on how to complete the Woodward waiver. Please do so in advance to expedite the check-in process.

Waiver Signing Instructions

-Click Add to add the waivers to the shopping cart (it is $0)
-Add one waiver product for each person in the household participating.
-Click Checkout after adding all needed waiver products.

You will be prompted to create an account or sign in. Have you been to Woodward Park City before?
No = Create an Account
Yes = Sign In

Sign in using the email you registered with from your last visit to Woodward Park City. Once logged in, it will begin the check-out process.

Next, each waiver will need to have a participant assigned to complete the waiver signing process.
-Select the participant from the drop-down menu on the right of the screen.
—You can add a person to the group by selecting “Add Group Member” from the drop-down menu if they are not listed.
Click Continue
-Click the sign box each waiver product.

After reading the waiver, there will be a box to check. After checking the box, there is a line to type in. Please type in the name that is pre-filled.
-Click Sign
-

Click Continue

Review Order to check for all names in the group.
-Click Confirm Order

There will be WW#### order number. This is a reference number for the front desk to find the waiver. You should also receive this same number in a confirmation email to the email attached to the account.

Please make sure to have this confirmation email ready when checking in or you will be asked to sign the waiver again on-site!

When you check in tonight show the waiver confirmation and let the team know they are part of the Park City Ski & Snowboard event.
